Well... I ordered from pacificrink.com and my main concern was just whether the delivery would actually show up when they said it would.

It arrived on the exact day they gave me, and the tracking kept updating along the way, which was reassuring. The box was in good shape too, with no damage or random holdups.

Nothing overly complicated, but that’s kind of what I was hoping for. I’d order from them again since the shipping felt reliable.

I bought this from pacificrink.com mostly because I needed something that could deal with wet rink floors and those messy car rides after practice, and honestly—wait, the main thing is it hasn’t soaked through at all. I’ve left it sitting on damp floors a few times now and my gear hasn’t come out soggy or gross.

I even got caught in the rain carrying it inside one day, and everything in the bag was still dry when I checked. So yeah, not a whole lot to over-explain here, it just does what I hoped it would. Easy 5 stars from me...

We used pacificrink.com for some team branding stuff, it went well. I was kind of hoping the colors and logo would come out right without too much tweaking, and for the most part, they did. The gear looks solid, which was a relief because, you know, team orders can go sideways fast. There was a little extra back and forth to nail down the details, but they were helpful and easy to work with. Not totally perfect, but good enough that I’d use them again for our next team order.

The item itself was packaged okay, but the box showed up with a small dent on one corner. It’s not the biggest issue, but I was a bit disappointed and would have appreciated a quick apology or acknowledgment for it

I’ve been using this bag for a few months now, it’s still in good shape. The zippers haven’t given me any trouble, and there aren’t any rips so far. I drag it around quite a bit, probably more than I should, so I guess credit where it’s due, it’s holding up well.

The protective padding felt thin from the start, and it ended up tearing after just two skates. I was hoping it would be a bit more durable.

There weren’t many color options or small details to tweak, and I couldn’t really tell what was actually changeable. After a while, it just felt like I was trapped clicking around with no real way to get what I wanted, so I gave up and ended up looking somewhere else.

I was able to find what I needed easily, and most of the sizes were actually in stock!!! Overall, a good experience!!!

Umm, I wasn’t happy with the skate storage. My skates didn’t really feel secure, and the whole setup was kind of annoying to deal with. I expected it to be a lot more organized. I probably wouldn’t use it again.
